2. Authentic Handloom Heritage & Product Accuracy

Banarasi Culture is a manufacturer-exporter house specializing in authentic, handcrafted Banarasi silk textiles, including sarees, suits, lehengas, and dupattas woven by traditional master artisans.

**Handloom Variations:** Because our textiles are entirely hand-loomed, minor variations in weaving irregularities, zari placements, motifs, thread tension, and textile texture are not defects. They are the natural, identifying characteristics of genuine handloom art.

**Color and Display:** We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s or mobile screen’s display of any color will be 100% accurate. 

**Fabric Specifications:** Measurements provided (such as saree length, width, and blouse piece allocations) are approximate but are executed within standard handloom textile industry tolerances.

3. Account Creation, Security, and Responsibility

If you create an account on our platform, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and restricted access to your computer or mobile device.

* You agree to accept responsibility for all activities, transactions, and orders that occur under your account.

* You must provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

* We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if fraudulent or malicious activity is suspected.

4. Pricing, Billing, and Order Modifications

**Price Adjustments:** Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

**Order Limitations:** We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

**Errors & Omissions:** In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Banarasi Culture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed, a full refund will be initiated immediately.

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Trademarks

All content included on this site, such as text, unique textile design patterns, motifs, embroidery styles, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of **Banarasi Culture** and protected by Indian and international copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property laws. 

* The compilation of all content on this site is our exclusive property.

* The use of our brand name, product catalog photography, or design mockups without explicit written consent for commercial dropshipping, competitive retail, or reproduction is strictly legally actionable.

6. User-Generated Content & Comments

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, product reviews, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. 

* We are and shall be under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence, to pay compensation for any comments, or to respond to any comments.

10. Severability & Entire Agreement

**Severability:** In the event that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

**Entire Agreement:** The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us governing your use of the website.

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
